It all started with a knock on the door when I met Alex. He was working in the area because of a previous storm giving free estimates. Much to my surprise within the next two days my insurance company approved the work.
I call Alex my angel. During construction he made himself available to answer any questions or concerns and he was just as excited as I was during the project.
The crew who installed the roof and siding were professional, hardworking, and neat construction workers who always cleaned their work area at the end of the day!
I continue to go outside and admire my cute little house! My experience was just incredible. The only negative issue was all the pounding and that was to be expected
Alex, thank you again for everything ... I wouldn't be this happy today.

I had a claim for roof / hail damage in 2014. A representative from another roofing company helped me set up an initial inspection and I was denied for no damage. Then Scott Friend with Estate Claim Services got involved and even after my formal denial they were able to submit evidence, get an additional inspection and get the approval for complete roof replacement.
