Example Message 1 – Direct to Homeowner
“Hi [Client’s Name], this is [Your Name] from Estate Claim Services. We want to check in to ensure everything with your [roof/windows/siding] is holding up well. We also want to make sure you take full advantage of your warranty benefits. If you’d like to stop receiving messages, reply STOP. Quick question—have you noticed any issues or concerns? Reply YES to learn more or STOP to opt out.”

Example Message 2 – Direct to Homeowner
“Hi [Client’s Name], this is [Your Name] from Estate Claim Services. First, we want to say thank you for trusting us with your home! We also wanted to share that we offer a $200 referral bonus if you recommend us to someone who needs home improvements. If you’d like to stop receiving messages, reply STOP. Would you recommend our services to a friend?”

2: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
